Clinical Consultant

Clinical consultation provides tailored support for mental health organizations and private practices seeking fractional clinical direction and practice management support. As a Fractional Clinical Director, I offer skilled, flexible consultation on an hourly or contracted basis—delivering guidance, training, and fresh perspective without the cost of a full-time leadership role. This service offers smaller practices access to high-level clinical direction, while larger organizations and their leadership teams gain strategic support and creative solutions for complex challenges.

  • Developing and reviewing policies, trainings, and best practices related to ethics codes and HIPAA compliance

  • Supporting practices through staff growth, organizational expansion, and increased session volume

  • Designing and strengthening graduate practicum and associate training programs

  • Coaching leadership on strategic planning that reflects both clinical goals and organizational needs

  • Creating healthy staff environments, preventing burnout, and providing interim leadership during transitions

  • Training and consultation on subpoenas, records requests, and documentation practices

  • Providing supervision for LPC-Associates (individual + monthly group options)

  • Consulting with new supervisors to build confidence, and with experienced supervisors managing complex cases

  • Supporting clinicians in deepening skills related to religious and organizational trauma, embodiment and somatic practices, and work with neurodiverse adults

As a licensed mental health counselor and organizational wellness consultant, I help organizations audit and strengthen their staff culture to promote long-term health and effectiveness. With expertise in organizational wellness, workplace dynamics, and trauma-informed practices, I collaborate with counseling practices, religious institutions, businesses, and community organizations to identify challenges, address organizational and religious trauma, and implement sustainable systems for growth.
